Ingredients
4 low-carb tortillas
4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp keto sweetener (Monkfruit or erythritol)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions
1. Mix softened cream cheese, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Lay out tortillas and spread filling evenly, leaving a small border.
3. Roll tortillas tightly to seal filling inside.
4. Pan-fry in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides, or air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes.
5. Slice, serve, and enjoy with optional keto toppings.
Notes
Use almond flour tortillas for best crispness.
For a lighter version, air fry instead of pan-frying.
Store uncooked roll ups in the freezer for quick treats later.
