Description
Crispy, low-carb cinnamon cream cheese roll ups made in minutes with keto tortillas, creamy filling, and warm spices.
Ingredients
4 low-carb tortillas
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese, erythritol, vanilla, and half the cinnamon until smooth.
2. Spread evenly over each tortilla.
3. Roll up tortillas tightly and brush with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and erythritol.
5. Cook in skillet over medium heat or air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes.
6. Serve warm.
Notes
Use almond or coconut flour tortillas for best results.
Add blueberries or nuts for extra texture.
Store in airtight container up to 3 days or freeze for later.
