Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 zucchini, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: avocado slices, sour cream for topping
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground beef, season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in zucchini and mushrooms, cook until tender.
