Ingredients
2 slices sourdough or multigrain bread 3–4 oz roasted turkey slices 2 oz brie cheese, room temperature 2 tbsp cranberry sauce 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Instructions
Butter the outside of both bread slices. Spread cranberry sauce on the inside of one slice. Layer with turkey and sliced brie. Top with second bread slice. Grill in a skillet over medium heat until golden and brie is melted.
Notes
Let the brie sit at room temperature before assembling. Use homemade cranberry sauce for best flavor. Pairs beautifully with a pear tart or light salad.
