Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender and moisture evaporates.
4. In a bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
