French Toast Bites: Quick, Irresistible Breakfast Treats

Description

If you like French toast you will love these French toast bites! They are so easy to make and come together in just a few minutes. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla bean paste

2 Tbsp white granulated sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

8 slices Texas Toast

Cinnamon-sugar mixture for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.

3. Cut bread into one-inch cubes.

4. Fold bread cubes into egg mixture until coated.

5. Scoop mixture into muffin pan, mounding high.

6. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

8. Cool slightly, then remove from pan with a butter knife. Serve warm.

Notes
