Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon seasonings of choice (e.g., pepper, paprika)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
4. Combine melted cheese with almond flour; mix until a thick dough forms.
5. Place dough between parchment paper sheets; roll to 1/6 inch thickness.
6. Slice dough into triangles; place on prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool on the sheet completely.
Notes
Avoid using other kinds of shredded cheese or reduced-fat mozzarella.
Store chips at room temperature in a sealed container.
