This quick and easy low-carb recipe is made with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand.
Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and garlic powder until well incorporated.
3. Place the mixture onto the parchment paper and flatten it out like a pizza crust.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, then switch the oven to broil and move the baking sheet to the top rack for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
5. Slice with a pizza cutter and enjoy.
Notes
Mix in a little sharp cheddar with the mozzarella for extra flavor.
If using grated parmesan, reduce to half a cup.
