Super simple but so delicious, this dill pickle pizza recipe features a creamy garlic-dill sauce, mozzarella, and tangy pickle slices—perfect for pizza night.
Ingredients
3 tbsp softened cream cheese
1.5 tbsp dill pickle juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried dill, plus pinch for garnish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (8-inch) pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small kosher dill pickle, sliced thin and dried
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh dill, optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Mix cream cheese, pickle juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Spread sauce over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
4. Top with mozzarella, pickle slices, Parmesan, and a pinch of dill.
5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and crust crisps.
6. Rest 2–3 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Dry pickle slices to avoid soggy crust.
Use pre-baked crust for convenience or homemade dough for freshness.
