Ingredients
3 lbs fresh large strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Slice strawberries in half, keeping stems attached. Cut small flat base to stabilize. Hollow slightly with a paring knife.
2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
4. Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture until smooth.
5. Pipe filling into strawberries.
6. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh the same day.
Can be refrigerated up to 48 hours in an airtight container.
