Description

Ingredients

2 cups sliced English or Persian cucumber

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup mozzarella balls or sliced fresh mozzarella

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Slice the cucumbers and halve the cherry tomatoes.

2. Arrange cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella on a platter.

3. Scatter fresh basil leaves across the top.

4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
