Ingredients
6 low-carb tortillas, small, street taco size
5 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
1/4 cup Swerve granulated sugar substitute
2 tsp cinnamon, divided
4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Combine cream cheese, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup Swerve confectioner’s sugar in a bowl until smooth.
2. Spread the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
3. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling.
4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook tortillas, turning regularly until crispy on all sides.
5. Mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute with remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle over crispy tortillas.
Notes
Ensure tortillas are tightly rolled to contain the filling.
Use medium heat to avoid burning the butter.
