Ingredients
6 low-carb tortillas, small, street taco size
5 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
1/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
2 tsp cinnamon, divided
4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Combine softened cream cheese with 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 cup Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute in a bowl until smooth.
2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla.
3. Tightly roll each tortilla around the cream cheese filling.
4. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the tortillas, turning regularly to ensure they become crispy on all sides.
5. Mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute with the remaining cinnamon, and sprinkle over the crispy tortillas.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure tortillas are tightly rolled.
