Ingredients

6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas

1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries

6 ounces Cream Cheese

2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

2 tbsp Butter, melted

3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute


Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.

2. Blend cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and Swerve until smooth.

3. Spread cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

4. Top with fresh blueberries.

5. Roll tortillas closed around the filling, seam side down.

6. Brush tops with melted butter.

7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until browned and crispy.

8. Dust with more Swerve before serving.
