Description

Golden crispy broccoli cheese rounds baked with cheddar and broccoli for the perfect crunchy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

1 egg

1/4 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Steam broccoli until tender, then chop finely.

3. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, egg, flour, and seasonings.

4. Scoop tablespoons of mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
