Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillets, cubed
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes.
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Coat salmon in cornstarch, then dredge in panko.
4. Cook salmon using oven, air fryer, or skillet method.
5. Mix mayo, sweet chili, and sriracha to make sauce.
6. Toss cooked salmon bites in sauce or drizzle before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice, slaw, or tortillas.
For lighter sauce, swap Greek yogurt for mayo.
