Description

This cottage cheese flatbread is soft, high in protein, and quick to make. Ideal for wraps, toast, or as a healthy side.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese

2 eggs

3/4 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour onto tray and spread evenly into rounds or one large rectangle.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

5. Cool slightly before serving or storing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or shredded cheese.

Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 3 months.

Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
