Description
Cottage cheese cloud bread is a fluffy, low-carb alternative to traditional bread. Made with only three ingredients, it’s perfect for both sweet and savory pairings.
Ingredients
3 large eggs (separated)
3 tablespoons small-curd cottage cheese
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Separate egg whites and yolks carefully.
3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
4. Blend yolks and cottage cheese until smooth.
5. Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
6. Spoon batter into circles on the tray.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for richer flavor.
Don’t overmix to keep the batter airy.
Can be frozen and toasted later.
