Ingredients
1 cup (220 g) cottage cheese, full fat recommended
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 to 5 tbsp maple syrup or honey, to taste
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a parchment-lined loaf pan and cover.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
5. Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
