Description

A soothing Costa Rican herbal tea made with pineapple, ginger, mint, and cinnamon, perfect for weight loss and digestion.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced

½ tablespoon fresh turmeric or ½ teaspoon ground

1 cinnamon stick

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

⅓ cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup water

1 lemon verbena tea bag (tag removed)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

1 lemon slice (optional)

Honey (optional)


Instructions

1. Add ginger, turmeric, mint, pineapple, water, and tea bag to a pot.

2. Bring to a gentle simmer on low heat.

3. Remove from heat, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.

4. Strain into mug or jar.

5. Add ACV, lemon slice, and honey if using.

6. Serve hot or chill and pour over ice.

Notes

For stronger tea, steep for 15 minutes.

Drink 1–3 times daily before meals to support digestion and fat burning.

Store extra tea in the fridge for up to 3 days.
