Easy no-bake chilled banana treats perfect for summer—frozen bites, yogurt bark, and creamy popsicles you can prep in minutes.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Crushed nuts or granola (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch rounds.
2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip banana slices halfway.
3. Place dipped slices on parchment and freeze for 1–2 hours.
4. For banana bark: mix Greek yogurt, mashed banana, and honey. Spread on tray and top with nuts.
5. Freeze until firm, then break into shards.
6. Optional: blend bananas with yogurt and peanut butter, pour into molds, and freeze for popsicles.
Notes
Add sea salt or cinnamon for extra flavor.
Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
