Ingredients
6 thin-sliced chicken breasts
8 oz green onion cream cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large package sliced mushrooms
1 small bag fresh baby spinach
1 dash Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 13×9 baking dish.
3. Layer spinach and pre-fried mushrooms over the chicken.
4. Sprinkle with Herb and Garlic Seasoning.
5. Combine cream cheese, olive oil, and chicken broth; pour over the dish.
6. Cover with foil, leaving it unsealed, and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sauté mushrooms before adding.
Ensure the foil is not sealed to allow steam to escape.
