Description
A quick and flavorful Chicken Caesar Wrap made with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy homemade Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Season and grill chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
2. In a bowl, combine chopped romaine, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
3. Add sliced grilled chicken and toss to coat evenly.
4. Lay a tortilla flat and add filling.
5. Roll tightly, folding in the sides, and wrap burrito-style.
6. Optional: Toast in skillet for 2 minutes per side.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt in place of mayo for a lighter Caesar sauce.
To store, wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Make it spicy by adding hot sauce or crushed red pepper.
