Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 ripe avocados
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Salt, pepper, spices to taste
Instructions
1. Season and cook chicken until golden brown.
2. Shred chicken into small pieces.
3. Slice avocado and prep veggies.
4. Warm tortillas briefly.
5. Layer avocado, chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
6. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
7. Fold burrito tightly, seam side down.
8. Toast briefly in skillet for golden finish.
Notes
Swap tortillas with whole wheat for fewer carbs.
