Juicy keto cheese stuffed chicken breast filled with creamy cheese and spinach, baked until golden and flavorful.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
3. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and garlic.
4. Stuff mixture evenly into chicken breasts.
5. Secure with toothpicks if needed and season with salt and pepper.
6. Heat olive oil in skillet, sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side.
7. Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
8. Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can swap mozzarella for cheddar or goat cheese.
Try adding sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Air fry at 375°F for 18–20 minutes for a crispier finish.
