Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
3. Mix yolks with cream cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
4. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
6. Scoop mixture into 6 rounds on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffy.
8. Cool for 5–10 minutes before removing.
Notes
Ensure no yolk mixes with the whites for proper whipping.
Use a gentle folding technique to maintain fluffiness.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
