Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Mix egg whites with water to thin slightly.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of the egg white mixture to each cavity of a silicone mini muffin pan.
4. Top each with a small amount of cheese.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Notes
Use a silicone mini muffin pan for best results.
Allow chips to cool completely to maintain crispiness.
