Description
A refreshing Blue Tonic for Weight Loss made with blue spirulina, lemon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar. Supports hydration and healthy metabolism in a delicious way.
Ingredients
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. In a pitcher, combine cold water, blue spirulina powder, lemon juice, grated ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Stir until spirulina is fully dissolved.
3. Add honey or agave syrup if desired and stir again.
4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour in the tonic.
5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
7. Stir before drinking and enjoy.
Notes
For a sugar-free version, omit honey or agave syrup.
Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy twist.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra detox benefits.
