A quick 4-ingredient warm mineral tonic made with Persian blue salt, lemon juice, honey, and optional cayenne. Boosts hydration, circulation, and focus in just 2 minutes.
Ingredients
1/4 tsp Persian blue salt, finely ground (start with 1/8 tsp if sodium-sensitive)
8 oz filtered water, warm (≈113 °F)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey
Cayenne pepper, pinch (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat the water until steaming but not boiling.
2. Whisk in the Persian blue salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add the fresh lemon juice; the drink will turn a faint aqua hue.
4. Stir in the raw honey and sprinkle cayenne on top if using.
5. Sip mindfully within five minutes while still warm.
Notes
If you’re new to mineral drinks, start with half the salt and increase gradually.
Best consumed in the morning, pre-workout, or during a mid-afternoon slump.
