Description
Easy bariatric seed trick recipe made with pumpkin, chia, and flax seeds blended with lemon and cinnamon to support weight loss.
Ingredients
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet 4–5 min until they pop.
2. Cool, then mix with chia, flax, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Grind into a fine powder.
4. Store in airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
5. Stir 1 tbsp into warm water with lemon and sip.
Notes
For a warming drink, add fresh ginger and lemon juice.
Start with 1 tbsp daily to allow your body to adjust to the fiber.
