Description
A simple bariatric seed recipe for weight loss, rich in fiber and refreshing with lemon, designed to support digestion and fullness.
Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (optional)
1 1/2 cups water or coconut water
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
1. Add all seeds to a glass jar.
2. Pour in water or coconut water.
3. Stir or shake well.
4. Let it sit for 30 minutes (or overnight).
5. Add lemon juice, shake again, and drink chilled.
Notes
Start with smaller portions if new to seeds.
Always soak seeds well before consuming to avoid bloating.
Customize with ginger, cinnamon, or stevia for variety.
