A rich, creamy, and indulgent 5-minute keto chocolate mousse made with simple low-carb ingredients. Perfect for a quick dessert that feels decadent without the sugar.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia)
Optional: 2 oz cream cheese (softened) for a thicker texture
Optional toppings: fresh raspberries, sugar-free chocolate shavings, or whipped cream
Instructions
1. Whip cold heavy cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Sift in cocoa powder and add sweetener, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
3. (If using cream cheese) Beat softened cream cheese separately, then fold into the whipped mixture.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Spoon mousse into serving glasses, top with berries or chocolate shavings, and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For a lighter mousse, skip the cream cheese.
To make ahead, store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla extract, espresso powder, or peppermint.
